We reply as quickly as we can. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours at the latest.
Write to us
What you write is stored on our server in the EU and sent to our email so we can respond. We delete it when the case is closed, and no later than after 12 months. Read more in the privacy policy.
Do you want to report someone?
The fastest way is the "Report" button inside the app. Your phone then sends the messages you select directly to us. Because everything is encrypted, we cannot see what has been written ourselves, so we need your help to view it.
If you use the form, describe what has happened and which crew it concerns. Do not write more personal information about yourself or others than necessary.

If you want to access, correct, or delete your information, select "My data and privacy" in the form or write to support@teenmood.eu. You can also delete your account directly in the app.
